Lavandula angustifolia 'Munstead'

English lavender in a compact, bushy form, pale blue to dark violet early-blooming flowers with a light scent.

Lavender finds a place in every garden providing that fresh, clear scent that soothes the mind and soul. Be sure to cut the flowering stalks for crafts, potpourri, arrangements, teas and vinegars. It is one of the finest herbs for use in the bath and sachets.

Prefers well-drained, somewhat gravelly soil and will suffer in wet, soggy soil.
