"If the only kale you know is the tough curly green stuff, you have been missing out! Lacinato kale is tender, sweet, and beautiful! The foliage is highly textured and dramatically dark blue/green. Plant in very early spring for a continual harvest from May straight through December. This plant will even survive a mild winter and provide abundant rapini (flower bud stalks) in the early spring!"
