- Fill out a short form to give us info about shipping time, plant list, sourcing, etc
- Meet with Peace Tree to determine a timeline
- Send your logo and any marketing material beyond tags (unless you have tags)
- Provide plant source material
- Confirm your recipient list (csv format, template provided)
- Sign off at specific checkpoints in the process
