February 2-4 - PASA Farming for the Future Conference, State College, PA

The Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture Find the Peace Tree Farm booth at the 2017 PASA Farming For The Future Conference.


February 18 at 6 PM- Third Annual Peace Tree Farm Dinner Kintnersville, PA

Presented by Eclectik Domestic - Bask in the warmth of the greenhouses for our third annual dinner. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture (PASA). PASA is recognized as the largest sustainable farming organziation in the country and enables viable farming systems that help provide healthy, local food throughout Pennsylvania and the nation. Tickets can be purchased through Eclectik Domestic and include appetizers, libations, a four-course sit-down dinner highlighting local foods, and tours of the greenhouses. Join us Saturday, February 18th at 6PM. 


February 23 - Chesapeake Green 2017 - A Horticulture Symposium Brooklandville, MD

Lloyd Traven will be presenting the keynote entitled “867-5309: Are We STILL Sending an 80s Message in the 21st Century?,” at Chessie 2017. He will be presenting an industry break out session, “Leveraging Edibles.” Friends and fellow horticulturists have called Lloyd a ‘mad scientist’ and ‘plant geek’ due to his passion for growing quality plants matched only by his commitment to using advanced technology combined with sustainable and organic growing techniques.


March 11 – Magnolia Plantation and Garden Charleston, South Carolina


March 11-19 - The Philadelphia Flower Show Philadelphia, PA

The Philadelphia Flower Show, one of the largest flower shows in the country dating back to 1829, will showcase Peace Tree Farm plant material in a variety of different displays. In this year'theme Holland: Flowering the World, Lloyd will participate as a passer, judging the show exhibits. Pay him a visit at the show Horticort. 


March 19 – National Floriculture Forum Philadelphia Flower Show: Philadelphia, PA

The National Floriculture Forum (NFF) is an annual educational meeting for greenhouse growers, industry leaders, university faculty, graduate students and government scientists from academic institutions, governmental agencies and the greenhouse industry. Lloyd will be presenting on forcing plants for the Philadelphia Flower Show.


May 5-6 – LaDew Garden Center Monkton, MD

Kick off the spring season with Peace Tree Farm at the 9th annual Garden Festival and sale featuring unique annuals and foliage, organic herbs, heirloom begonias, and succulents at LaDew. Be sure to leave time to visit the topiary gardens


May 13-14 – Trade Secrets Sharon, CT

Visit Peace Tree Farm's extended booth at this premier rare plant and antiques sale at Trade Secrets 2017. A portion of the proceeds benefit Women's Support Services of CT.


May – October – Easton Farmers’ Market Easton, PA

Peace Tree Farm is a proud vendor at The Easton Farmers’ Market, America's Oldest Continuous Running Open-Air Market, est 1752 Voted #1 in USA. Find a wonderful selection of plants and edibles every Saturday from May to October.


June 18-21 – Academy of Crop Production Athens, Georgia

The Academy of Crop Production is a Southern-centric four-day (family-friendly) conference dedicated to sharing information on advanced ornamental crop production and business management techniques for ornamental producers. Hosted by the University of Georgia and the Georgia Green Industry Association. Lloyd will be speaking about implementing a biocontrol program.


July 13-19 – Cultivate Colombus, OH

Cultivate 2017 is one of the largest all-industry trade shows in North America. Find the Peace Tree Farm booth to learn about the latest happenings at Peace Tree Farm. Lloyd and Alex will both be speaking at the event.


July 23 – 28 Perennial Plant Association Denver, CO

The largest group of perennial professionals will gather along with Peace Tree Farm in Denver at the Perennial Plant Association.


August 24-26 FarWest Portland, OR

FarWest is a green industry conference with nursery and retail-focused products, equipments, and services. Alex Traven will be speaking at this year’s conference.
