  • Curry is an ornamental herb in the Edibles line of our One Earth program.

A fragrant ornamental plant with delicate silver foliage and tiny, bright yellow flower buds from July to September. Named for the East Indian spice blend due to its flavor, it is also the source of helichrysum essential oil used in aromatherapy. Collect the flowering tops for making vinegars.

Interesting Notes:

The soft silver foliage mixes well in combination containers. A very useful edging plant that repells insects and deer.
